Vicki’s impressive portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, encompassing hotel public spaces, exteriors, and thousands of guestrooms. Beyond the hospitality sector, she has successfully managed projects in civic, educational, retail, and office spaces.

Vicki’s proficiency shines through in her ability to navigate all project phases seamlessly. From due diligence and estimating to design, procurement, construction, and closeout, she ensures a comprehensive and streamlined process. Her collaborative approach extends to working closely with all project stakeholders, including owners, brand representatives, designers, hotel management, and contractors. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS in civil engineering, Vicki combines technical expertise with business acumen, holding an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
